Baker Roofing Company is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Sales Representative to grow and maintain a client base for the commercial repair division. The role emphasizes developing new accounts, managing existing relationships, and meeting defined sales goals while promoting Baker services to customers in the commercial market.

The position requires outside sales experience, strong communication skills, proficiency with CRM tools, and willingness to work in field settings and at industry

Qualifications

• Outside sales or business development experience in commercial roofing preferred.
• Education: high school graduate; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and manage existing accounts in our commercial client base.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Promote Baker Roofing Company services to customers and prospects.
• Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Use Salesforce CRM daily for account management and activity tracking.
