Job summary

CMM Roofing, Inc. is expanding its Commercial Roofing Service Team in the Philadelphia metro area and seeks a Commercial Roofing Service Coordinator.

You will link customers, service technicians, and our Service Department to manage work orders and scheduling from first contact through completion. Responsibilities include coordinating calls, maintaining CRM data, communicating with customers and techs, supporting site access and materials, and assisting with repair proposals and recurring

We’re Growing — Join Our Commercial Roofing Service Team!

We are looking for a Commercial Roofing Service Coordinator to join our growing regional commercial roofing company in the South Jersey / Philadelphia Metro area.

This is an important role within our centrally managed Commercial Roofing Service Department. Working closely with ownership, Branch Manager and Service Superintendent. Our Service Coordinator serves as the connection between our commercial customers, service technicians, and the department.

What will you do?

You’ll help own the service workflow from the initial customer request through completion by:

• Coordinating and scheduling commercial roof service calls
• Managing service work orders and customer information within our CRM/Dispatch Software
• Communicating with customers and service technicians throughout the process
• Supporting technicians with job information, site access, materials, and documentation
• Coordinating materials, purchase orders, supplier pickups, as needed
• Reviewing technician documentation and completed work orders
• Helping ensure completed work moves promptly toward billing
• Assisting with repair proposals, approvals, and follow-up work
• Coordinating preventive-maintenance inspections and recurring service

Who are we looking for?

Someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in making sure things don’t fall through the cracks.

Experience in commercial roofing is highly desirable, but we’re also interested in candidates with strong service coordination experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical contracting, facilities maintenance, construction, or another field-service environment.

Experience with CRM or field-service management software is preferred.

This is not intended to be an administrative position. We’re looking for someone who wants to learn the business, take ownership of the service workflow, and grow with the company.
