• Review and approve order exceptions, credit adjustments, and freight arrangements when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and profitability.

• Support management with special projects, budgeting input, and performance reporting related to inside sales and customer experience initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/CRM systems.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement or operational planning.
