• Experience with job costing, labor productivity analysis, margin management, ERP/CRM, and GPS reporting.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Roofing Service Manager

A highly reputable commercial roofing contractor is looking for a new Roofing Service Manager. The ideal candidate has experience improving operational efficiency, leading high-volume service operations, developing field teams, and implementing scalable systems and processes. This individual will bring operational discipline, accountability, and industry best practices to build a best-in-class service organization.

Key Objectives

• Build and lead a high-performing, scalable service operation that delivers operational excellence and profitability, and strong customer satisfaction.
• Improve operational efficiency and accountability through disciplined dispatching, workforce management, quality control, KPI visibility, and continuous process improvement
• Oversee the departments Operation, Scheduling, Quality & Safety, Customer Growth, and Financial Performance

Requirements

• 7-10+ years in commercial roofing, especially service, repairs, and maintenance
• 3-5+ years managing service operations, dispatching, or field service teams
• Experience leading successful service operations and service personnel
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified, Metal, coatings), materials, application techniques, and manufacturer installation requirements.
• Operational and financial acumen.
• Experience with job costing, labor productivity analysis, and margin management, and using ERP, CRM software, dispatching, and field service platforms, and GPS-based reporting tools.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
