Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Sales Representative for our commercial roofing business in Myrtle Beach. You will identify opportunities, develop relationships with property owners, facility managers, and contractors, and drive roof replacements, repairs, and maintenance services.

The role emphasizes prospecting, presenting proposals, and coordinating with estimating and operations to close deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in outside sales or business development within commercial/industrial markets.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop relationships, and close new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage an assigned territory and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new commercial roofing business opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, building owners, and general contractors.
• Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, and existing customer relationships.
• Conduct site visits, evaluate customer needs, and coordinate roofing solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and service recommendations.
• Work with estimating, project management, and operations to ensure project success.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to contract execution.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and pursue revenue and profitability goals.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term partnerships.
