Job summary

United Roofing in Myrtle Beach, SC seeks a Maintenance Sales Representative to drive recurring revenue through roof maintenance programs and repair services. You will inspect roofs, craft tailored proposals, and manage renewals while growing reroof opportunities for a growing commercial team.

Responsibilities include developing client relationships, presenting maintenance plans, and collaborating with internal teams to convert inspections into proposals. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in roofing, construction, or building services.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal, shingle, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to conduct roof inspections safely (training and PPE provided).
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with tablets, CRM systems, and digital reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough roof inspections and create detailed condition reports with photos.
• Develop and present maintenance and repair proposals tailored to client needs.
• Manage service renewals and customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Identify reroofing opportunities and transition qualified leads to the commercial sales team.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth handoff from inspection to proposal.
• Maintain accurate CRM records to track maintenance pipelines and renewal opportunities.
• Support the creation of marketing collateral and service templates to enhance client communication.
