Job summary

Jobot is seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow our commercial roofing business in the Savannah market. This role focuses on developing new opportunities, building relationships with property owners, facility managers, and contractors, and driving roof replacements, repairs, and maintenance through a consultative sales approach.

You will collaborate with estimating, project management, and operations teams to deliver tailored roofing solutions and close deals.

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales or business development experience within commercial roofing, construction, or related industries is preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop relationships, and close new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage an assigned territory and travel locally.
• Understanding of commercial roofing systems and services is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new commercial roofing business opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, building owners, and contractors.
• Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, and existing relationships.
• Conduct site visits, assess client needs, and propose roofing solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals and service recommendations.
• Coordinate with estimating, project management, and operations teams to ensure project success.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to contract execution.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and pursue revenue and profitability goals.
• Seek repeat business and long-term partnerships.
