Tillotson Enterprises, Inc., a premier roofing company in the Midwest, seeks a dynamic Commercial Roofing Advisor (Sales Hunter) to expand our client base in Lincoln and Omaha with a strong emphasis on cold outreach, proposals, and closing deals. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to signing, coordinating with project management for seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Clean driver’s license
• Pass mandatory drug screening (instant and hair)
• Ability to handle 28 ft. extension ladder
• Learn and communicate Tillotson systems and proposal processes
• Follow up leads and complete bids
• Close jobs in a timely manner

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue potential leads through cold calling and networking
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in commercial roofing
• Create customized proposals to meet client needs
• Collaborate with project management for successful roofing projects
• Meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
