• Ability to handle a 28 ft extension ladder (63 lbs) on a truck ladder rack
• Learn and understand all Tillotson Enterprises systems and proposal generation
• Follow up on leads and complete bids
• Close jobs in a timely manner
• Attend home and farm shows in your territory
• Develop other sales markets as needed
• Self-generate enough leads to meet company sales goals

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue potential leads through cold calling and networking
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial roofing industry
• Create customized proposals to meet client needs
