Tiello in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a results-driven Commercial Roofing Services Sales professional to expand our client base by developing new relationships and generating service and re-roof opportunities. This is a sales-focused role with no estimating duties.

The ideal candidate is a true hunter with a proven track record selling commercial roofing services, strong industry connections, and the ability to meet annual sales goals.

Formación

• 3 years of experience in commercial roofing or commercial construction sales.
• Proven success generating new business through prospecting and relationship development.
• Experience selling commercial roofing services, repairs, maintenance, and re-roofing.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and industry practices.
• Established relationships with commercial property owners or managers preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated hunter mentality; able to work independently.
• Willing to travel locally; valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new commercial roofing business via prospecting and networking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, managers, GC, developers.
• Identify service, maintenance, and re-roof opportunities.
• Build and manage sales pipeline to meet $1.5M–$2M annual goals.
• Conduct client meetings, property visits, and presentations.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals with internal teams.
• Maintain regular follow-up to generate repeat business.
• Attend industry events to raise market visibility.
• Track activities and opportunities using CRM.
• Coordinate handoff to project management after contract award.
