Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC in Tucson, AZ is expanding its sales team to develop relationships and sell preventive roof maintenance agreements, restoration coatings, and repairs on commercial, industrial, and government buildings.

The role requires estimating and sales experience in roofing, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel to job sites for walks and take-offs. Competitive salary with commission, plus benefits, is offered. Applicants must be fluent in English and welcome diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years verifiable estimating and/or sales experience specific to roofing (service/coating restoration preferred).
• Ability to analyze roofs, read blueprints, and prepare estimates and bids.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Analyze roofs and blueprints to prepare material quotes and labor requirements.
• Prepare itemized cost estimates and bid abstracts.
• Maintain rapport with property managers, general contractors, and manufacturer reps.
• Assist in bids, vendor selection, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Purchasing on bids and final evaluations.
