Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking an Estimator with a sales mindset to join our team in the United States. You will build strong client relationships and develop winning bids while delivering accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects.

This role blends technical estimating with business development. Travel for job walks and client meetings is expected, with a base compensation plus commission potential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop accurate, competitive estimates.
• Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills.
• Experience reading blueprints and technical documents is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, competitive estimates and identify opportunities to win work.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, and vendors.
• Attend job walks and engage with customers to understand project needs.
• Analyze blueprints, specs, and docs to prepare detailed proposals.
• Collaborate with PMs, Purchasing, and leadership to finalize bids.
• Present proposals and answer client questions to secure projects.
