Clark's Quality Roofing is expanding its commercial roofing services sales team in St. George, UT.

The role focuses on developing relationships to sell preventive maintenance agreements, restoration coating systems, and corrective roof repairs for commercial, industrial, and government buildings. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in verifiable roofing sales/estimating, are fluent in MS Office, and can attend site walks to perform take-offs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience selling commercial roofing service agreements or restoration coating systems.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Ability to write effective reports, proposals, and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, and customers.
• Ability to work with diverse client base.
• Attend job walks and prepare take-offs by measuring roof sites.
• Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of office administrative procedures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze roofs, blueprints, and documentation to prepare material quotes and bid estimates.
• Understand manufacturer product warranties.
• Maintain rapport with property managers, general contractors, and manufacturer reps.
• Compute cost factors and prepare estimates for bids and planning.
• Consult with subcontractors and vendors to discuss estimates and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Purchasing, and Management on bids.
• Organize a centralized estimating database and ensure historical data use.
• Identify cost trends to aid cost reduction and process improvement.
• Estimate prices on change orders; attend pre-construction and bid meetings.
