Qualifications
- 7+ years of strong commercial roofing experience and proven sales and estimating background.
- Ability to read blueprints and assess roof conditions; comfortable with roof inspections.
Responsibilities
- Estimate and sell commercial roofing service repairs.
- Perform roof inspections and identify repair opportunities.
- Generate new business through networking, outreach, and door knocking.
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers and commercial clients.
- Develop long-term service accounts.
- Track leads, proposals, and contracts using CRM software (AccuLynx).
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure project success.
- Meet and exceed revenue goals.
