Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide high-level support to the brokerage team. You will handle administrative, financial, marketing, and operational tasks, coordinating with brokers, research, marketing, and finance to support office success.

The role offers a collaborative environment with opportunities to develop client-ready materials, manage CRM records, and assist in market research and event planning within the brokerage group.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience supporting multiple people in CRE or professional services.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office; able to learn in-house software.

Responsibilities

• Gathermarket research information to create client deliverables such as market surveys, tour books, competitive sets.
• Prepare deal documents including RFPs, LOIs, renewal letters, leasing status reports & client correspondence.
• Update & maintain CRM database to track prospects, clients, and deal information.
• Manage & maintain all listings on CoStar, LoopNet, MNCar; prepare property marketing flyers and client deliverables.
• Collect & process deal file paperwork; generate and send invoices; track broker expenses.
