Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Dallas, TX is seeking a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support the Brokerage Operations team. You will manage property listings, design marketing materials, and prepare client deliverables, while collaborating with brokers, research, marketing, and finance.

This role offers exposure to marketing, operations, and administration, with opportunities to utilize AI tools and CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of administrative or operational support experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) to create marketing materials.
• Experience with CRM platforms and real estate listing databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain property listings across platforms including CoStar, LoopNet and Market Sphere.
• Design and produce marketing materials including property flyers, brochures, presentations, and pitch decks.
• Create professional client deliverables such as market surveys, tour books, competitive analyses, and proposals.
• Conduct market research to support business development and client engagement initiatives.
• Prepare transaction documents including RFPs, LOIs, renewal correspondence, and leasing status reports.
• Coordinate and support industry events, client meetings, open houses, and networking functions.
• Update and maintain CRM database to track prospects, clients, and transaction pipeline.
• Distribute marketing campaigns via email and other channels to targeted audiences.
