CRE Task Wizard is seeking a motivated coordinator to support a large roster of brokers in commercial real estate. You will manage LOIs through lease execution, track critical dates and commissions, and keep multiple parties aligned to prevent deal delays. Training is provided for CRE experience.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and adept with AI tools to move work faster. This role offers growth toward managing a team of coordinators with performance-based pay.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant rep and landlord rep deals from LOI to lease execution: documents, deadlines, communication
• Track critical dates, options, and commission agreements, and abstract leases
• Keep brokers, landlords, tenants, co-brokers, and attorneys ahead of every deadline
• Prepare marketing for landlord assignments: availability reports, flyers, and tour books
• Spot problems before they blow up a deal
