Qualifications

• Active Washington Real Estate license required.
• College degree strongly preferred; property management experience helpful.
• Proficient with Yardi lease management system and related software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate property management duties to meet contractual obligations for owners and tenants.
• Develop property budgets and assist in financial reporting.
• Oversee maintenance, capital improvements, and vendor contracts.
