Job summary

SelectLeaders Client in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations, financial performance, capital projects, and tenant relationships across a multi-property portfolio.

The role requires 8+ years in commercial property management, strong financial and operational acumen, and the ability to partner with ownership, tenants, and vendors. Travel between properties may be required, with base salary stated.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Experience overseeing property management and building operations personnel and third‑party providers.
• Strong understanding of leases, operations, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Experience managing capital projects, tenant improvements, contractors, and vendors.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership from issue to resolution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with CRE software platforms; AppFolio is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation, maintenance, security, appearance, and condition of office and industrial portfolio.
• Lead internal property management and third‑party operations resources.
• Establish preventative maintenance, emergency response, and risk management practices.
• Evaluate vendors, service contracts, equipment, and operations for quality and cost.
• Identify capital needs and recommend improvements and expenditures.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance and safety concerns.
• Coordinate property tours with senior leadership and report significant needs.
