Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of a portfolio of office properties across the US.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and tenants; negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with leasing agents and maintain property files.
• Assist in sourcing potential real estate opportunities via research and broker outreach.
• Support remodeling and renovation projects and ensure property cleanliness.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
