Scion Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Commercial Assistant Property Manager for an established property management organization in Seattle, WA.

The role requires onsite presence at least three days per week and will support day-to-day operations of a commercial portfolio. The ideal candidate has hands-on commercial property management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating tenants, vendors, and maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• Hands-on commercial property management experience required; residential-only experience will not qualify.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take initiative with minimal training.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and onsite presence in Seattle at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management, operations, and administration of commercial properties.
• Serve as point of contact for tenants, coordinating requests and issue resolution.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers; manage work orders.
• Assist with property inspections and timely follow-up on maintenance matters.
• Maintain organized tenant, lease, property, and vendor records and documentation.
• Provide proactive administrative and operational support while balancing priorities.
