DCL Management, LLC. in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to support the Property Manager in daily operations across a 650,000 sq ft portfolio.

You will coordinate maintenance, vendor relations, and tenant needs to ensure smooth operations and high tenant satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a business/real estate background, 2+ years of experience, strong PM skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience preferred; CRE is a plus but not required.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for tenants and vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Familiarity with AppFolio or similar PM software is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance requests and coordinate repairs.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Prepare reports aligned with owner goals and timelines.
• Assist in capital improvement project coordination with GC.
• Facilitate tenant move-ins/outs and address concerns promptly.
• Support budgeting, bids, and project scheduling as needed.

Job Summary:

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be an essential part of our property management team, supporting the Property Manager in the daily operations of our portfolio. Your responsibilities will include overseeing maintenance requests, managing vendor relations, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Property Maintenance & Management:

• Conduct periodic site inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Manage building access systems and key control processes.
• Collaborate with the property management team to prepare and submit timely reports, ensuring alignment with owner and organizational goals.
• Assist in negotiating service contracts and oversee vendor performance.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with general contractors during capital improvement projects.
• Facilitate tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Assist in procuring tenant improvement bids and oversee construction progress to ensure timely completion.
• Foster positive tenant relationships by managing expectations and addressing concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 2 years of experience preferred; experience in commercial real estate is a plus but not required.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building relationships with tenants and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with AppFolio or other property management software is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license required; passing a background check is mandatory.
• Competitive yearly salary of $75,000-$90,000 depending on experience.
• Full-time position with expected hours not exceeding 40 per week.
