Job summary

TOK Commercial in Spokane, WA seeks an Associate Property Manager to protect, maintain, and enhance commercial real estate value. You will direct property operations, tenant relations, and financial activities to maximize owner returns.

You will review leases, manage budgets, and supervise maintenance and capital projects, while coordinating with vendors and on-call teams. A Washington license and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Washington Real Estate license required.
• College degree preferred; property management experience helpful.
• Proficiency in Yardi and financial reporting essential.
• Strong communication and organizational skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage portfolio to protect and enhance value for owners, tenants, and the Company.
• Review leases, insurance, service contracts; explain scope and costs to clients.
• Develop property budgets with annual projections and report cash flow and variances.
• Oversee maintenance, capital improvements, and vendor bidding processes.
• Supervise rent collections, tenant charges, and on-call emergency responses.
• Prepare financial statements and period-end reports for owners.
• Maintain tenant communications and key logs; assist with evictions when needed.
• Support senior managers and transitions to lead manager for portfolios.
