Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Atlanta seeks an LPC Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in a portfolio of commercial properties. You will handle marketing, operations, finance, and reporting to ensure client expectations are met.

The role emphasizes lease administration, vendor coordination, and effective communication with tenants. This position is 100% in-office with standard business hours, offering a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred with 1-2 years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency with AP and CMMS systems preferred.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties preferred.
• Knowledge of financial terms and principles; ability to calculate intermediate figures and conduct basic financial analysis.
• Strong to excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey topics with a positive tone.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with staff to resolve problems promptly.
• Review and approve vendor invoices for payment within policy and authorization limits.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports and budget packages.
• Manage CAM/OpX data collection and operating expense reconciliations with accounting.
• Coordinate lease administration activities and reporting across systems.
• Assist with tenant move-ins/outs and coordinate walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Support emergency plans and drills as required.
• Assist sourcing and procurement activities and participate in bidding.
