Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking an LPC Assistant Property Manager to support a Property Manager across a portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties. You will assist with marketing, operations, and financial activities, and help manage vendor invoicing, reporting, CAM/OpX, and lease administration.

You will coordinate tenant moves, participate in inspections, and help implement emergency plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency with AP and CMMS systems preferred.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties preferred.
• Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles; ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages and discounts, and conduct basic financial analysis.
• Strong to excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey topics with a positive tone to achieve operational and relationship objectives.
• Desire to lead and receive instruction on development of leadership skillset; ability to build consensus in work groups.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to deliver timely results.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in managing all aspects of a property or portfolio, including marketing, operations, and financial activities.
• Review and approve vendor invoices for payment in accordance with agreements and policies.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports and budget packages.
• Coordinate operating expense reconciliations (CAM/OpX) with accounting.
• Perform lease administration activities including setup, changes, and reporting.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs and conduct walk-throughs with managers and tenants.
• Assist with emergency response planning and drills.
• Support sourcing and procurement activities; assist in bidding.
