Job summary

Lincoln Property Company seeks an LPC Property Manager to lead all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties in the United States. You will coordinate marketing, operations, and financial activities for clients and drive results through effective leadership.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, an active Real Estate License, and strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and lease administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of related experience.
• Real Estate License required where mandated.
• CPM or RPA designation preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Yardi or MRI.
• Experience with leases, contracts, and financial instruments.
• Strong forecasting and budgeting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven leadership and team collaboration.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with property owners and report to clients.
• Manage tenant requests and coordinate staff to resolve issues.
• Prepare monthly reports and annual operating budgets.
• Oversight of lease administration and reporting; manage terms.
• Collect rent and AR status with recommendations; issue notices.
• Lead sourcing and procurement; ensure vendor contract compliance.
• Direct daily operations and long-term team activities.
• Supervise recruitment, training, and staff development.
• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance.
• Drive results through direction, guidance, and performance management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
