Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Property Manager to serve as the owner's on-site representative, overseeing tenant relations, leasing, and building operations in White Oak, MD. The role focuses on maximizing income, minimizing vacancies, and ensuring compliance with leases and codes.

Responsibilities include supervising building staff, preparing leases, and managing annual budgets and reports. Strong knowledge of Yardi, Excel, and routine financial reporting is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; RPA/CPM designation preferred or in progress.
• 3+ years property management experience, including large-scale property oversight (≥200,000 sq ft or 99 units).
• Experience with leasing, tenant relations, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Represent ownership and align with client objectives and involvement level.
• Maximize income through leasing and tenant retention to minimize vacancy.
• Coordinate billing for tenant services and prepare/renew leases.
• Conduct market surveys and support rent setting with management.
• Maintain building systems, security, and emergency procedures.
• Supervise staff including contract personnel; conduct regular meetings and annual reviews.
• Prepare Income & Expense reports and budgets; manage monthly expenditures.
