Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Property Manager to oversee tenant relations, budgeting, financial reporting, and leasing activities for a diverse portfolio. You will coordinate with architects on space plans, manage vendor contracts, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in commercial property management, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Yardi or similar PM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate property management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software, preferably Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Direct property management operations including tenant relations, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Conduct tenant visits, surveys, and respond to inquiries to maintain strong tenant relations.
• Manage budgeting, annual forecasts, and operating/capital expense tracking.
• Oversee leasing, space plans, and tenant improvement scopes with architects.
• Coordinate vendor selection, bids, contracts, and site inspections.
• Perform contract administration and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead due diligence during acquisitions and manage development projects.
• Supervise staff and provide performance feedback.
