Supervisor: Director of Operations
Summary: Provide executive-level administrative support to the Director of Operations and other members of the Property Management (Operations) Department for a Colorado-based commercial real estate management firm.
Status: Exempt | Salaried; Full-Time
Location: S. Broadway/I-25 (Denver Metro) | In-Office
As Commercial Property Administrator & Office Manager, you will support a small but dynamic commercial property management team and the entire office by handling diverse administrative tasks and special projects. You will be an important member of the team and critical to its success in providing exceptional service to our tenants and community. Your role will require adaptability, precision, and a proactive mindset. You’ll help foster a service-oriented environment, strengthen vendor and tenant relationships, and uphold CFPM, LLC standards and systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technologically adept, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where responsibilities vary daily. This is a long-term, hands-on role suited for someone who values teamwork, is confident to share new ideas and offer process improvements, and takes great pride in their work.
