Job summary

Terminix is hiring Account Executives in New Jersey to sell Commercial Pest Management Services and related products to new and existing commercial clients. You will engage diverse market segments and participate in a comprehensive training program to master pest management solutions and proposals.

You will develop sales through cold calls, networking, and referrals, travel within the territory, and drive targets with a hunter’s mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of experience in Business to Business sales; prospecting skills encouraged.
• Self-motivated with hunter’s mentality; ability to work independently.
• Will obtain industry licenses provided and paid for by the company.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for Commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
