Job summary

PestCo in Portland, OR seeks a highly motivated Sales Representative for Commercial Pest Control. You will drive new business with a hunter mentality, targeting commercial and industrial clients across sectors, and build tailored pest management solutions.

Ideal candidates excel in fast-paced environments, prospecting, and closing deals while coordinating with operations for seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction. This full-time role offers base pay plus commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in pest control or facilities services.
• Proven track record of hunting and closing new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Identify and qualify opportunities in target verticals such as food processing, hospitality, healthcare, property management, and manufacturing.
• Conduct on-site inspections and develop customized service proposals.
• Present and sell pest control solutions to decision-makers including facility managers and procurement teams.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.
