Job summary

PestCo is hiring a fast‑paced Outside Sales Representative in Pasco, WA. You will drive new business for our commercial pest control division, targetting industrial and commercial clients, and work with facility managers and procurement teams to tailor pest management solutions.

The role emphasizes prospecting, on-site assessments, and robust pipeline management, with base pay plus commissions and regional travel as needed. A strong hunter mentality and 2+ years in B2B sales are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in pest control or facilities services.
• Proven hunting and closing new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel regionally to meet clients.
• State licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Identify and qualify opportunities in target verticals such as food processing, hospitality, healthcare, property management, and manufacturing.
• Conduct on-site inspections and develop customized service proposals.
• Present and sell pest control solutions to facility managers and procurement teams.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
