Job summary

GridVest is hiring a Project Manager, Commercial Operations to run project delivery across its commercial operations and partner with senior leaders. You’ll own the plan, trackers, and follow-ups for supplier deliverables, logistics milestones, contracts, and invoicing, while maintaining decision-grade systems of record.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in PM/Operations roles with experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to own plans, trackers, and follow-ups across suppliers, logistics, contracts, and invoicing.
• Demonstrated comfort building structured-data systems (Notion, Airtable, Sheets).
• Hands-on automation experience with low-code tools (Notion, Slack workflows, Zapier, Make).
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to interface with customers, suppliers, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery on multiple concurrent projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders on deliverables and open items.
• Maintain audit-ready trackers for projects, contracts, logistics, and invoicing.
• Build automations across Notion, Slack, Gmail, and Google Workspace.
• Manage end-to-end invoicing cycles and track status.
