Job summary

Gridware, a San Francisco-based tech company protecting and enhancing the electrical grid, seeks a Program Manager in Business Operations. You will own cross-functional initiatives spanning growth, field operations, and product lifecycle, bringing structure to ambiguous work and aligning stakeholders, milestones, and risks for leadership updates.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to deliver on strategic programs, build repeatable processes, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in program management or cross-functional roles.
• Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder programs in fast-paced settings.
• Strong planning, analysis, and communication to translate complexity into clear plans.
• Comfort working with field, hardware, and technical teams.
• Ability to build structure where none exists yet.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs, from scoping through delivery and handoff.
• Define program scope, milestones, owners, and success criteria, and keep them current as priorities shift.
• Drive a portfolio of strategic programs across growth, field operations, and product lifecycle.
• Identify risks and dependencies early, surface trade-offs to decision-makers, and unblock teams.
• Turn what we learn from each program into repeatable playbooks, processes, and tools the company can reuse.
• Build clear program visibility, including dashboards, status reporting, and executive updates, so leadership always knows where things stand.
