Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Manager of Commercial Operations to design and run the transactional engine of our revenue function. You’ll own quote-to-order, CPQ, and marketplace transactions across AWS, GCP, and Azure, ensuring quotes, orders, and bookings flow cleanly into billing.

You will partner with Sales, Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Engineering to automate and control the process, reducing manual steps and improving the field experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in commercial operations or revenue operations with high-volume transactions.
• Proven ability to replace manual processes with automated, measured solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and CPQ configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to design end-to-end quote-to-cash flows and enforce controls.

Responsibilities

• Own order management end-to-end from quotes to bookings.
• Design and own the quote-to-order flow architecture and automation.
• Lead the CPQ system build, including validation logic and UAT.
• Coordinate handoff to billing and revenue, ensuring clean data.
• Build marketplace transaction operations across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Define and monitor system KPIs: cycle time, SLA attainment, error rates.
• Partner with Sales, Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Engineering.
