GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Grid Software Project Manager to lead customer-facing software projects from initiation to acceptance and transition.

You will coordinate customers, delivery teams, and partners, guiding scope, schedule, budgets, and quality to deliver measurable outcomes. The role requires 10+ years in project/program management, strong cross-functional leadership, and working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and traditional delivery methods.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, Business Admin, or related field.
• 10+ years of project or program management experience leading customer-facing software, technology, systems integration, or digital solution implementations.
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple PM disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, governance, and executive stakeholder communications.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project delivery methodologies.

Mansioni

• Lead customer-facing Grid Software projects from initiation through final acceptance and transition to support.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for customers, building trusted relationships and aligning stakeholders around project objectives and outcomes.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, and change requests to achieve contractual and business commitments.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, ensuring milestones, dependencies, resource needs, and customer obligations are proactively managed.
• Drive project financial performance, including forecasting, margin management, billing readiness, and cash flow optimization.
• Lead cross-functional, matrixed teams across software development, engineering, product management, cybersecurity, quality, services, and partner organizations.
• Establish effective governance, provide executive-level project reporting, and facilitate timely decision-making and issue resolution.
• Ensure successful testing, customer acceptance, deployment, and transition activities while maintaining a focus on quality and customer value.
• Apply Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement principles to enhance project execution, delivery efficiency, and customer outcomes.
