Job summary

nVent is seeking a Project Manager, Commercial Operations to lead complex sales transformation initiatives across regions, businesses, and functions. This is a full-time, direct-hire role with a hybrid work schedule featuring four days on-site in Saint Louis Park, MN.

You will drive objectives, ownership, timelines, and success metrics, coordinating with Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Care, Marketing, Product, Finance, IT, HR, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; ideally 7+ years of project or program management.
• Experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or sales transformation.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations across regions and functions.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed B2B/B2B2C sales or customer service teams.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including international trips.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex commercial operations and sales transformation projects from planning to implementation.
• Coordinate across Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Care, Marketing, Product, Finance, IT, HR, and more to move priorities.
• Establish objectives, ownership, timelines, success metrics, dependencies, and risk plans.
• Provide leaders with progress updates and evidence-based recommendations.
• Plan pilots, capture feedback, prepare resources, and support adoption of new processes and tools.
