Qualifications

• 5–7 years at a leading management consulting firm, investment bank, or internal strategy team.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives from strategy through implementation.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder‑management skills, including the ability to influence leaders and cross‑functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own core Commercial Strategy and Operations processes, including operational reporting, OKR performance management, forecasting, and planning.
• Translate Commercial goals into well‑defined projects, priorities, and operating plans, creating focus and accountability across stakeholders.
• Independently lead complex cross‑functional initiatives from scoping through implementation, proactively managing risks, dependencies, decisions, and communication.
• Serve as a strategic partner to Commercial leaders by translating complex or ambiguous data into clear insights, business implications, and actionable recommendations.
• Develop executive‑ and Board‑level materials that communicate performance, emerging risks and opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Identify and implement scalable improvements to Commercial processes, systems, and reporting, using data to demonstrate impact and establish best practices.
