Job summary

Gridsight is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead multi-project implementations for large utilities. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate a cross-functional team, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.

You will liaise with executive sponsors, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure a smooth handoff from pilots to subscriptions, driving value realization and renewal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running multiple enterprise-grade projects end to end.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery plans for multiple implementations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Data, Product and Engineering.
• Maintain live status, forecast go-live, and risk across projects.
