Job summary

Shift Group, presented on behalf of partners in commercial interiors and operations, is seeking elite Project Managers to own complex commercial projects from planning to closeout.

This role requires you to bridge clients, field operations, warehouse teams and internal sales; you will coordinate logistics, read architectural drawings, manage schedules, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial operations, facilities, construction, or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of complex commercial projects including site setups, installations, and relocations.
• Review architectural, space-planning, and operational drawings and coordinate material quantities.
• Coordinate logistics between facility management, field crews, and warehouse operations with QC.
• Lead kickoff meetings, site walks, and closeouts, and communicate schedule changes.
• Maintain accurate inventories and project documentation to protect profitability.
