Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or related equivalent experience preferred.
• In-depth understanding of ERP/CRM systems (Infor M3 highly valued).
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills and proficiency in using AI platforms.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Must be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close process gaps; propose solutions to reduce inefficiencies and improve customer experience.
• Act as CRM SME; ensure platform adoption and data quality.
• Assist in Deal Room documentation and financial feasibility analyses for reviews and approvals.
• Support integration of ERP/CRM capabilities across the organization and collaborate with internal/external parties.
