Responsibilities include selling building materials and installed services, analyzing customer needs, and coordinating scheduling and delivery. You will work with the team to grow market share and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience selling building materials to contractors.
• Knowledge of building materials industry.
• Experience with interior doors and trim preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to increase sales and profitability.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction practices; CAD software helpful.

Responsabilités

• Identify target customers and increase market share.
• Collect and update information on customers' product use and trends.
• Sell building materials and installed services to contractors.
• Determine credit programs based on customer needs.
• Meet or exceed sales and profit goals through follow-ups and market monitoring.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with take-offs, scheduling and delivery coordination.
