Job summary

CCFBank in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Commercial Loan Processor to support the documentation, closing, funding, and servicing of commercial loans from approval through funding.

The role partners with lenders, credit staff, borrowers, attorneys, title companies, and others to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Full-time, Monday–Friday, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two years of directly related experience.
• Two years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Two years of experience working in loan processing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loan data in origination and documentation systems.
• Gather and review third‑party due diligence items.
• Prepare and review settlement statements and payoff information.
• Coordinate closings with attorneys, title companies, and borrowers.
• Book transactions and process funding, disbursements and related updates.
• Support ongoing servicing documentation and post‑close actions.
