Job summary

CCFBank in Minnesota is seeking a Commercial Loan Processor to support documentation, closing, funding, and servicing of commercial loans. This role partners with lenders, credit staff, borrowers, attorneys, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance throughout the process.

You will input data, gather due diligence, prepare settlement statements, coordinate closings, and ensure files are complete and ready for funding.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Two years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Two years of experience working in loan processing.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain loan data in loan origination and documentation systems.
• Coordinate closings with attorneys, title companies and borrowers to facilitate timely execution.
• Prepare and review settlement statements, payoff information and disbursement details.
• Book approved transactions to the core system and process funding and related fees.
• Maintain audit-ready loan files and processing logs.

Education

Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field
