Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in commercial loan document preparation and/or document processing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; two-year degree preferred.
• Understanding of required documentation for commercial term loans and lines of credit.
• Ability to prioritize work on complex loan transactions to meet closing dates.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements for commercial borrowers.
• Knowledge of lending laws and bank policies.
• Strong data entry and PC skills with LaserPro, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Process commercial loan requests for new and renewal loans using prescribed procedures and software.
• Review loan approvals and prepare underwriting information and closing documents.
• Prepare loan documents including Promissory Notes and Loan Agreements.
• Confirm loan details with loan officers and customers to obtain required information.
• Balance transactions and prepare general ledger tickets and cashier’s checks for disbursement.
• Prepare wires, wire tickets and post-closing instructions.
