Job summary

Community State Bank in Wisconsin is seeking a Commercial Loan Processor to manage all aspects of processing commercial, agricultural, SBA and consumer loans. You will support loan officers and ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the processing cycle.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to manage a growing pipeline, and collaboration with lenders to prepare documentation, order title commitments, checks, and maintain quality control of loan files.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–3 years of credit or lending experience preferred.
• Must be able to handle detailed information accurately and confidentially.
• Good computer skills (Word and Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of loans, loan systems and documents.

Responsibilities

• Reviews LOS system for input accuracy and data integrity.
• Monitor pipeline for loans in process and maturing loans.
• Review credit loan presentations and complete processing checklists for regulatory compliance.
• Complete due diligence and prepare required loan documentation.
• Provide quality control reviews of loan documents prior to signing.
• Prepare documentation for extensions and renewals after due diligence.
• Prepare electronic customer file and provide instructions to booking team.
• Assist bankers with questions regarding loan documentation/status.
• Order Title Commitments, UCC filings, CRIS searches, Flood Certificates, payoff statements, DMV searches and related collateral information.
• Complete training and perform other duties as assigned.
