Job summary

Symicor Group is assisting a bank client in the Waukesha, WI area to hire a Commercial Loan Processor/Closer. This role handles documenting collections, loan closings, servicing, and coordination with title companies, appraisers and customers to ensure accurate processing.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with loan operations experience considered in lieu of the degree; strong Excel/Word skills and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; degree may be substituted with loan operations experience.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
• Detail-oriented, able to work under stress and meet deadlines.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Document loan files, prepare closings, and manage loan portfolios.
• Coordinate with applicants for financial information and data.
• Order title work, UCC searches, and environmental reports.
• Close loans with third parties and ensure compliance.
• Maintain servicing files and process credit reports.
• Notary services as needed.
