Job summary

Bank of Sun Prairie is seeking a Business Loan Processor to ensure timely processing of commercial loan documents. You will gather all necessary information before closings and bookings, assist lenders and customers with required documentation, and strengthen client relationships by addressing questions on existing loans.

Key duties include preparing closing packages, funding and booking loans, and maintaining a compliant process.

Responsibilities

• Complete funding and booking of recently closed loans.
• Prepare adverse action notices.
• Adhere to compliance laws and regulations.
• Assist in satisfying technical exceptions.
• Attend weekly meetings with lenders to review loans in process.
• Process payoff requests, paid loans, and payments as needed.
• Serve as an additional point of contact for client inquiries.
• Provide exceptional internal and external customer service.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail.
