Job summary

Arizona Financial Credit Union is seeking a Commercial Loans Closing Specialist to coordinate with members, lenders, sales agents, and title companies to drive efficient closings aligned with deadlines. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 1–3 years closing commercial loans or 12 months supporting 5–9 closings per month.
• Knowledge of commercial lending, compliance, and documentation regulations.
• Ability to work with processing systems (JHA, Sageworks, LaserPro) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with members, lenders, sales agents, and title companies to ensure timely closings.
• Analyze loan structures to determine due diligence requirements in line with policy and risk.
• Prepare closing checklists and funding packages; verify documents and wiring instructions.
• Liaise between borrowers, sales, credit, underwriting, and external partners to meet closing deadlines.
• Order and review third-party reports (title, UCC, certificates, etc.) and escalate discrepancies as needed.
