Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related experience in commercial lending or banking.
• Associates Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Familiar with Laser Pro documentation and title insurance basics.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Loan Officers with loan processes.
• Perform prefunding for documentation and closing.
• Review closing documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate loan packages and closing documentation.
• Coordinate closings with borrowers and lenders.
• Ensure timely processing through planning and scheduling.
• Engage with members to open accounts and resolve questions.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
